The terms that apply when you use the services of Abhur Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
1. Our Services
Abhur Air Conditioning and Refrigeration provides repair and maintenance services for air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers and dryers across Jeddah. We serve both residential and commercial customers.
2. Booking and Appointments
You can book our services by phone, WhatsApp or email. We aim to offer same-day service where possible, but appointment times depend on availability and your location in Jeddah.
3. Pricing and Quotes
We provide a clear quote before starting any repair work. The final cost depends on the fault and the parts required. We do not add hidden charges. Any extra work needed will be discussed with you first.
4. Payment
Payment is due once the repair work is completed, unless agreed otherwise. We accept common payment methods including cash, Mada and STC Pay. Please confirm accepted methods at the time of booking.
5. Repair Warranty
We offer a warranty of up to 30 days on the repair work we perform, covering the specific fault we fixed. This warranty does not cover new faults, unrelated parts, misuse or damage caused after our service.
Note: The warranty applies only to the original repaired fault. A new or different problem with the same appliance is treated as a separate repair.
6. Spare Parts
We use genuine or high-quality compatible parts wherever possible. Any warranty on spare parts is subject to the part manufacturer's own terms.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To help us serve you well, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate information about the appliance and the fault
- Give our technicians safe access to the appliance and work area
- Be available at the agreed appointment time
8. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so we can adjust our schedule.
9. Limitation of Liability
Abhur Air Conditioning carries out all work with care and skill. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, damage caused by previous repairs by others, or issues outside the scope of the work we agreed to perform.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with Saudi law.
